Schnitzels European Flavours
This session will be run by RiverLabs Program Leader, Louis Savard. Good water makes for great beer and RiverLabs, the Applied Research wing of the River Institute, knows all about good water. The craft brewing industry in Ontario continues to grow by leaps and bounds and one of the largest challenges being faced, especially in smaller rural communities, is water management. RiverLabs Brewery Services Program is actively working with members of the Ontario Craft Brewer’s Association to ensure that not only does the best quality of water go into Ontario Craft Beer but that the wastewater leaving their facilities does not pose a problem for the environment.
